How do I clean and maintain my Stickbulb fixture?

Are your products certified?

Yes! All our products are UL listed for the US and Canada and CE listed.

Can I customize or modify a Stickbulb fixture?

Yes – Please visit our Custom Page for more info.

I don't see exactly what I need for my project. Who do I contact about modifications or custom options?

Our products have a wide range of modification ability, and we love to work on custom projects. Please reach out to us by email at orders@stickbulb.com or through our Custom Inquiry on the Custom Page. We would love to hear what you have in mind!

Where are your products made?

Our products are built and assembled in our Long Island City studio/showroom.

Where can I see your products?

Our Long Island City showroom is located at 10-40 46th Ave. Please reach out to make an appointment, or visit one of our Showroom Partners.

What are the hours of your showroom?

We are available for appointments Monday-Friday from 10am to 5:00pm.

What length of drop stem do I need?

Most of our fixtures come with a 60″ drop stem that is field trimmable. Additional stem length can be ordered in 60″ increments. Please reach out to us for pricing.

Where can I request a quote?

Please email us at orders@stickbulb.com for a quote.

What are my payment options?

We accept checks, wire/ACH transfer and credit cards for payment. All cc transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Do you accept rush requests for products?

Yes! We are often able to expedite production. Please reach out with your intended timeline and we will see if we can accommodate it. Rush requests will incur additional fees.

Do you stock products?

All of our fixtures are made to order and we do not keep inventory of ready to ship items.

Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes, we offer special pricing to those in the trade.

How can I check my order status?

What is your return policy?

Because of the hand-made nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
