MODERN LIGHTING
ENGINEERED FROM
SALVAGED WOOD
Since 2020 we have collaborated with Climate Neutral to track, reduce, and offset our emissions. Working with locally salvaged and responsibly sourced wood lowers our footprint.
I M P A C T – D R I V E N
We became a B Corp in 2022 to help us set goals, eliminate blind spots, build community, and seamlessly merge our aspiration to be good with actions that actually do good.
H Y P E R – L O C A L
We construct our light fixtures out of wood from locally demolished buildings, dismantled water towers, and fallen trees – often coming from within a mile or two from our studio.
LIGHT FROM WOOD
Every single Stickbulb fixture is meticulously built in New York City for homes and shared spaces around the world.

Featured Product
Ray Sconce
Ray Sconces are comprised of a metal hardware component that mounts to the wall and holds a wooden bulb vertically or horizontally. The design is so minimal that it draws your attention closer to the subtle details of the wood grain and the machined precision of the sconce construction. Ray Sconce is offered in 18 in, 2ft, 3ft, 4ft, 5ft, or custom lengths.
SUPPLY CHAIN
We source our wood from locally demolished buildings, water towers, and sustainably managed forests on the east coast of the United States.
FEATURED PRODUCTS
Featured Collection
Chime
The Chime is comprised of between 20 to 92 solid wood sticks hanging by brass hardware from a slumped steel ring. It casts warm light in all directions, is at once curvaceous and linear, and is commonly used alone, in clusters, or in a double or triple cascade configurations. Customization available upon request.
OUR SHOWROOM
Our showroom, studio, and workshop are housed within the same century-old iron factory building in New York City. Our 10,000 square-foot facility is divided into two halves: a showroom exhibiting a range of standard and custom products, and a dedicated area for design and production. The showroom is by appointment only.
